The Grand Star Council is the ruling council of the alternate dimension known as the Starlight Eden, and its governor is the Light Star Princess, and its situated in the center of the Starlight Eden. It has 10 members, including the princess herself, who chooses its members. This is where the main protagonists are examined by the members of the council, before deciding that the trio will be the soldiers of the princess. When called, the council members sit on a round golden table with the princess at the head, in a big room of the Grand Star Temple.
